Save the herbs is non profit organization established in 2008 A.D. approved by the government of Nepal bearing registration No. 849, S.W.C. registration No. 25227 and PAN No. 303053372. The office is located at New Baneshwor – 34, Milanchok, House No. 572, Kathmandu, Nepal (MAP) being coverage of nationwide working area in Nepal.

Save the herbs is being involved in conserving the valuable, endangered and socio economically important NTFPs ie, Herbs species found in Nepal.

It is dedicated for improving the livelihood of rural community through NTFP herbs cultivation and marketing that ultimately help to reduce the poverty by sustainable utilization of such natural resources found in community environment of rural area of Nepal.

To maximize the utility benefit and improve the livelihood of local people through Herbs and valuable NTFPs is so far concern of NGO Save the Herbs. Hence we have a foci of aim is sustainable conservation and development of herbs for livelihood improvement of local community through people’s participation and community mobilization practice. We have a broad hand to work with all concerning stakeholders to flow the maximum benefit to poor people and the nation. It possesses following objectives to be proposed in its constitution.
